📱 SMS / Text Messaging Terms (English)
BarberShopPro sends text messages (SMS) only to customers who opt in by checking the SMS consent box when creating their profile, booking an appointment, or checking in at a participating barbershop. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Purpose of messages: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and service notices from your barbershop (for example, when it is your turn on the waiting list).
- Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages per appointment).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn off SMS at any time from your profile, or contact us at sales@barbershoppro.net.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data we collect for scheduling: your name, mobile phone number, and (optionally) email address. We use it to manage your appointments and notify you about them — nothing else.

BarberShopPro envía mensajes de texto (SMS) solo a clientes que dan su consentimiento marcando la casilla de SMS al crear su perfil, reservar una cita o registrarse en una barbería participante. El consentimiento no es condición de compra.
- Propósito de los mensajes: confirmaciones de cita, recordatorios de cita y avisos de servicio de tu barbería (por ejemplo, cuando llega tu turno en la lista de espera).
- La frecuencia de mensajes varía (típicamente 1–3 mensajes por cita).
- Pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos.
- Responde STOP para cancelar. Responde HELP para ayuda. También puedes apagar los SMS en cualquier momento desde tu perfil, o escribirnos a sales@barbershoppro.net.
Tu información móvil NO se comparte con terceros ni afiliados para fines de mercadeo o promoción. Los datos de consentimiento de mensajería (opt-in) no se comparten con ningún tercero.
Datos que recogemos para agendar: tu nombre, número de celular y (opcional) correo electrónico. Los usamos para manejar tus citas y avisarte sobre ellas — nada más.
